Artist talk about the Visual narrative created at El Museo del Barrio which documents the events which led to the 1965 US invasion of the Dominican Republic. This body of work highlights the role of the Women of April, untrained civilian resistance fighters who took on the 42,000 US marines that invaded the small Caribbean nation.
